#### Who Can Leave a Review

Reviews come from guests who completed a stay booked through Roam or a connected booking platform. Tying reviews to real stays is what keeps the ratings on our homes meaningful.

#### Authenticity

We publish genuine reviews and do not fabricate, buy, or selectively suppress them to inflate a rating. A property's displayed rating is calculated from the reviews it has actually received.

#### Content Standards

Reviews must follow our [Content Policy](/content-policy/): no unlawful, harassing, or off-topic content, no personal contact details, and no content that isn't your own. Reviews focused on issues outside the host's control (for example, a third-party service or the weather) may be given less weight or context.

#### Editing & Removal

We may remove or decline a review that violates this policy or the Content Policy, contains private information, or appears fraudulent. We do not edit the substance of a genuine review to change its meaning.

#### Host Responses & Disputes

Roam may respond publicly to a review to add context or note a resolution. If you believe a review about your stay or your property is inaccurate or violates this policy, contact [stay@roammgmt.com](mailto:stay@roammgmt.com) and we will review it.
