Incredibly accommodating and helpful. It is secluded and right on the river. Not too far from town but far enough for that up north feel. We did a kayak trip from the house to Crawford Park downriver. Took around 4 hours with us stopping a couple times. Sandy, clear waters on that part of the Muskegon. We also had folks bring bikes and bike a bit around the area. I've stayed in a lot of AirBnBs and this place has it all, highly highly recommend. The cottage is by the river which is nice. We enjoyed the bbq, spending time around the firepit, board games inside. Also walking outside in the nature was enjoyable. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay without any disturbance of outside hustle and bustle this is the perfect place. The check-in instruction was very easy to follow.
