We enjoyed our stay! Found out I’m terrible at starting fires😂

The beach was lovely and right outside the cabin - truly a barefoot place! Swimming in Lake Huron was marvelous, walks on the beach and watching the sunrise every morning was truly delightful!

Beautiful spot for a weekend getaway for 2. Cabin 4 has direct views of Lake Huron, just step out and enjoy the beach. Still enough room to play board games in the living room on rainy days, and the full sized fridge meant we could empty the cooler. Loved the fire pits for a relaxing fire at sunset. The description is accurate, it’s a cozy little spot and I hope to be back after renovations to see what they do with the space! Note that there are multiple cabins on site, so would be great for a group getaway, with everyone having their own space!

I booked this cabin for a weekend getaway for my family and they enjoyed every minute of it. It was so nice to open the sliding door and be immediately on the beach facing the water. The description is accurate, it is a smaller place but big enough for 4 adults. Two bedrooms with one bed each and a love seat that converts to a small bed if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The listing states that it is the smallest cabin and is scheduled next for renovations so that was made clear before. CONS: It is small. The bathroom is so small I had to stand in the shower while helping my toddler use the toilet. It appears part of the shower was sawed off to make room for the toilet. (That small) The "playground" is a backyard swing set that is older and the wood is warped and could easily cause splinters for little ones. PROS: The host was very quick to respond and answer any questions. It was very clean! The view from the living room out of the lake is spectacular! Beach access right from the patio allowed me to make lunch for the kids while they played. Blue Collar restaurant right down the road has great breakfast.

What a find! The location can’t be beat…open the door and you’re on a beautiful beach. The cottage is small but has everything the two of us needed to be very comfortable. Already looking forward to next time!
