We look forward to visiting sometime when it’s not too hot outside to enjoy the fire pit! ## Jaren — June 2020 — 3★ Nice place, the location is very private and the cabin is nice. However, dealing with the property manager John has left us with a bad taste and we will not be returning to this property in the future. Due to inaccurate information provided from the Airbnb listing there was miscommunication about check-out times and John decided to charge us $100.00 for it. This was ridiculous, so watch yourself with John! > **Response from ROAM:** Jaren and his group did not actually leave according to our check out times. Our cleaners arrived to find them still at the property, and had to return later. Trails in the back are well kept and a great addition to the house. ## Ashlee — May 2020 — 4★ The biggest complaint we had was that the sheets didn’t feel clean (but there is an on site washer and dryer so we just threw everything in). There was also only one roll of TP so we had to go out and buy our own which was a little odd since a store right in town had plenty. Lastly, we couldn’t find the trash bags so had to use only one which ended up tearing. Overall, the cabin itself is nice and secluded and good for a weekend getaway! Nice trails and plenty of space to shoot if you’re a fan of the sport! ## Joseph — May 2020 — 5★ Very nice secluded cabin. If you are looking to get away this is a great spot. Nobody around, 100% privacy. Town of Evart is about 12 minute drive. Enjoyed being able to target practice but wasnt able to fish in either pond. Cabin was clean throughout. Only thing i wasnt very fond of was there being no window treatments. Other than that it was a great stay and would recommend. ## Kell — May 2020 — 5★ If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful little getaway this cabin is definitely it. The cabin was very nice & at a decent size a lot bigger than you would think. ## Bill — May 2020 — 4★ It is a secluded private place off the road. The walking trails are a nice way to enjoy nature. It was fun to do some shooting off the deck. There are deer that come in the yard every morning. Great place! ## Brooke — May 2020 — 4★ If you're looking for a secluded get away, this is a great place to visit. The cathedral ceilings and wood throughout make this house beautiful and charming. The walking trails are very well maintained and great for anyone who loves nature or just wants a little exercise. The area surrounding the cabin is extremely rural, which makes it nice and quiet, but I still got pretty decent cell phone reception the whole weekend. It's about a 40 minute drive to the nearest Meijer or Walmart in Big Rapids, but the drive there was absolutely stunning. However, downtown Evart has a few restaurants and shops as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if your're looking for a charming cabin that is secluded and quiet and also if you enjoy nature this is a great place to go. ## Michael — May 2020 — 5★ Everything was awesome!
