The cabin was also beautiful! Loved the trails and all the nature but not too far from a little city to get food or whatever you need. My husband, our pup and I had a great stay. ## Roxanne — July 2021 — 3★ Nice cabin, but definitely not a NEW build. This would be a wonderful cabin to stay at for the fall or winter. Unfortunately, the air conditioning mentioned in the listing is a window unit on the top loft floor that doesn’t even fit the window property and is broken (no cool air and a loud sound every 45 minutes). This made it difficult to stay in the heat of the summer. This made the top bedroom so hot we had to sleep on the sofa. The tv rarely worked, and the clicker was broken. On the last night of our stay the mowing team came and mowed the grass and trails at 8:00pm, waking up my 16 month old daughter, and stayed for about 35 minutes. There was a guest wifi available, but was told there was no wifi. The only thing that saved the vacation with the kids and the heat is the splash park we found in downtown Evart. The host responded to questions/comments within an hour, newer tiny charcoal grill, newer appliances (water and ice machine isn’t hooked up), the groomed trails were in a field next to a farm, the large fire pit was located away from the cabin included to cook in the open fire and we did see wildlife! ## Jon — July 2021 — 4★ . ## Heidi — July 2021 — 5★ This is a beautiful property and a wonderful getaway. The trails were awesome for the kids and dog and the house was clean and comfortable. Guests may want to bring your own chairs to enjoy the porch or fire pit. ## Seth — July 2021 — 5★ Trip went great! The only thing that was an issue was I thought it said there was AC? But I turned on the air with the thermostat and it never came on. So it was a little warmer than I'd like. It was around 75 for most of it. So it wasn't a big deal. There’s no WiFi, but there is a tv with a DVD player. It was definitely a lovely, quiet vacation. I’m on crutches so we weren’t able to take advantage of the hiking paths, but I hope to be back again someday. Pictures do not do it justice! Precut trails made it easy to get out and dive into nature. Great private peaceful place. Lots of wildlife and walking trails. Had pretty much everything we needed with the antenna and dvd player, washer and dryer and room to do puzzles on the table, we were very relaxed and comfortable. Bring extra TP, we used more than was there for our 4 night stay. There was plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen supplies. except for a spatula, only one for a grill. Bug spray would be good too for walking the trails. Didn't have a fire, but there's a big firepit that looks adequate.
