Robert was extremely responsive before and throughout the stay. Access to the property was easy with Robert's extra driving directions. We arrived the day after a snowstorm and the drive had been plowed. The house was well-stocked with essentials. We found everything we needed. The fire pit even had logs ready to go! The perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was as-described and Robert was very communicative throughout the whole process. Very thorough directions, check-in/out was a breeze, and the cabin was well-stocked with essentials (cookware, utensils, towels and linens, dishes, etc...). The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. We didn’t even turn the tv on. Just spent time together. Lots of hide and seek and laughs.
