The rules for content you submit to Roam — reviews, photos, messages, and anything else — and how we handle it. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

#### What This Covers

"Content" means anything you submit, post, or transmit through Roam — including reviews, ratings, photographs, captions, messages to hosts or support, and profile details. You are responsible for the content you provide and must have the right to share it.

#### Acceptable Use

Keep content truthful, relevant, and your own. Reviews should reflect a genuine, first-hand experience of a stay. Photos should be ones you took or are licensed to use.

#### Prohibited Content

Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes another's intellectual property or privacy. Do not post personal contact details of others, spam, malware, or content that misrepresents who you are or your relationship to a property.

#### The License You Grant Us

When you submit content, you grant Roam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt it for operating and promoting the Roam service and the associated listing. You keep ownership of your content, and this license ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained for legal or backup purposes.

#### Moderation & Removal

We may review, decline, or remove content that violates this policy, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. We are not obligated to publish any given submission.

#### Reporting & Takedowns

To report content that infringes your rights or violates this policy, contact us at [stay@roammgmt.com](mailto:stay@roammgmt.com) with enough detail to identify the content and the issue. We respond to valid intellectual-property notices consistent with applicable law.
