Supplemental terms that apply to specific Roam features and programs. These are in addition to — and incorporated into — our Terms of Service. Where a program has its own posted terms, those control for that program.

#### Roam Rewards

Roam Rewards points are earned and redeemed only on eligible stays booked directly at roamstays.com, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be adjusted as described in the program. We may modify or end the program on reasonable notice; accrued points carry no guaranteed monetary value.

#### Referrals & Promotions

Referral credits, promotional codes, and discounts are subject to the terms stated with each offer, are for personal and non-commercial use, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be revoked for abuse or if a qualifying booking is cancelled.

#### Communications & Messaging

By booking or creating an account you agree to receive service messages about your stay. Marketing email and SMS are opt-in and can be managed from your account or the unsubscribe options in each message; message and data rates may apply.

#### Guest Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal; keep your details accurate. You may close your account at any time from your profile, which is reversible — see the account settings for what is retained.

#### Changes to These Terms

We may update these additional terms; the "Last Updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
